for institutional and professional investors. The Funds invest in
student accommodation and residential ground rents and reversionary properties. Brandeaux
Advisers (UK) Limited is the Investment Adviser to Brandeaux Managers Limited,
to advise on investment activities and strategies. The appointed Property Asset
Manager for student accommodation is Liberty Living plc and for residential ground rent and
reversionary properties, Chancery St James plc. The
Brandeaux Funds are administered by Brandeaux Administrators Limited. |

Brandeaux Managers Limited
Brandeaux Managers Limited focuses its management on funds with a low
volatility profile and limited correlation to traditional asset classes.
Brandeaux
Managers is appointed by the Funds’ Directors as the Fund Manager to conduct the
day-to-day management of the Funds' investments and corporate affairs. The Fund
Manager works closely with the directors of each Brandeaux Fund in reviewing
investment policy, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, asset management
opportunities and foreign exchange strategies. Brandeaux Managers promotes the
Brandeaux Funds through a wide range of financial institutions.
The Directors of Brandeaux Managers have a broad range of experience in
international fund management. Brandeaux Managers works with the Funds’
Investment Adviser, Brandeaux Advisers (UK) Limited, whose role includes
advising the Fund Manager on investment activities and foreign exchange
transactions.
Brandeaux Managers, a British Virgin Islands business company, is licensed by
the BVI Financial Services Commission to act as a manager of mutual funds under
the BVI Securities and Investment Business Act, 2010. |

Liberty Living manages approximately 15,000 student beds in 17 major university
towns and cities across the UK, namely London, Manchester, Liverpool,

management expertise in residential ground rent and reversionary properties

Brandeaux Administrators Limited was founded in 2000 and is the appointed
Administrator to the eight Brandeaux Funds.
Brandeaux Administrators Limited, based in Dublin, Ireland, is authorised and
regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland to administer collective investment
schemes, including the provision of fund accounting services and acting as
transfer agent and registration agent for such funds.
