Brandeaux’s investment strategy focuses on the ownership of student accommodation in the
United Kingdom which offers the opportunity of increasing net rental income. The strategy includes:
- acquiring purpose-built student accommodation with emphasis on those properties in the best locations offering quality accommodation at affordable rents whilst still producing an income yield that meets Brandeaux’s objectives;
- developing and maintaining strong working relationships with universities and partnering with them to meet their accommodation

Residential Ground Rents and Reversionary Properties
Brandeaux’s investment strategy focuses on the ownership of residential properties in the United
Kingdom which have a reversionary value and secure ground rent income. The strategy includes:
- acquiring well-located properties with reversionary value;
- acquiring properties which generate a secure ground rent income in order to provide a regular inflow of cash;
